注意事項(xiàng) Application Notes
1. 所有繼電器在出廠時(shí)都設(shè)為閉合狀態(tài)。在裝運(yùn)或組裝的過(guò)程中繼電器可能會(huì)變成釋放的狀態(tài)。因而使用時(shí)（電源接入時(shí)）請(qǐng)根據(jù)需要重新將其設(shè)置為復(fù)歸狀態(tài)。
2. 為了使繼電器保持在吸合或釋放的狀態(tài)，線圈電壓需達(dá)到額定電壓，為確保磁保持繼電器動(dòng)作或復(fù)歸脈沖寬度小于50ms。不要向線圈上的Pin1和Pin2施加電壓超過(guò)一分鐘以上，以防線圈損壞。
3. 繼電器有極性區(qū)分，用戶需指明屬于何種極性。
4. 繼電器入廠檢驗(yàn)及使用輕拿輕放，防止損壞影響參數(shù)，入廠做破壞性檢查的產(chǎn)品要與正常產(chǎn)品嚴(yán)格區(qū)分標(biāo)識(shí)，不得裝機(jī)使用。
5. 非帶銅絞線的繼電器，負(fù)載引腳不能焊錫，引腳針剛性固定，不能隨意扭動(dòng)。
1. All the relays are shipped in the "operate" position because it is possible that during transit or final assembly the relay could change its state to the "release" position. please reset the relay into "operate" state when put in circuit according to need.
2. In order to maintain "operate" or "release" state of the relay, the coil voltage should reach the rated voltage. The pulse width should be 60ms or longer to ensure a proper change of state. Do not enegize both Pin1 and Pin2 at the same time on the coil for longer than 1 min (damage to the coil).
3. Relays are classified according to the polarity, if client need different form from information, please contact us.
4. The relay into the factory for destructive inspection should be protected from damage and strict distinction between the normal products.
5. Now with braided line relay, the load pin can not solder, not arbitrarily wrenched, two pins and righid fixation.
